Performance Architecture Group combines deep organizational-development experience with a flexible consulting model: Peter Morelli leads the work and brings in trusted specialist consultants when the client need calls for additional expertise or capacity.
Peter works at the intersection of organizational research, culture, leadership and performance—helping leaders understand what is true, align how the organization needs to work and build the capability to execute.
A graduate of West Virginia University, Peter studied psychology and completed his Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Alliant University in San Diego. He has more than 25 years of experience as an executive coach and as an organizational development and change-management professional.
Peter is a certified coach through the Center for Creative Leadership. His work spans organizational research, culture transformation, leadership development, executive coaching and strategic change. He leads the continuing development of The Performance Architecture™ and The Psychology of AI™.
PAG uses a flexible network model. Peter remains accountable for the client relationship and the integrity of the work, then brings in experienced specialist consultants when an engagement benefits from additional depth, facilitation capacity or domain expertise.
The network can flex around the assignment rather than forcing every problem through a fixed staffing model. That keeps the work senior-led, focused and appropriately scaled.
Start with the challenge in front of you. PAG can solve a defined problem now and expand only when the business case supports it.
